Day 31 - Cruising Chilean Fjords


Monday was a scenic cruising day as we sailed south amongst the islands of southern Chile. We here headed towards a glacier that we would arrive at first thing Tuesday morning. The first part wa s through open Pacific waters and the South Pacific swell tossed us around some until with got into the channels between the islands..

Thie had a special cake  display set out for lunch.

We saw a rainbow with a bit of a second one 




Later in the day we were out in the swell again for awhile and some water was splashed out of the back pool.





A double rainbow formed.

We saw another rainbow for a few minutes.




A Petrel joined the scene.
