Because of our missed port, we arrived about 3 pm today and will stay overnight. This city of about 450,000 serves Santiago which is capital of the Chile. It is about a 1 1/2 hour drive away.

| Because we missed a port. there was an open bar at all bars for all passengers for a hour this afternoon. I had a Pisco Sour here. |

| Because of the wind and swell, they attached lines to us to help guide us in. |

| The ship that had just left this dock was a car carrier. There Fords all came off it and now they are being loaded onto vehicle carriers to move them out. |

| The gangway being put into place and shuttle busses waiting to take passengers to the port entrance. No passengers allowed to walk in the port.. |
| We were an attraction. There were a number boats with people on harbor tours looking at us. |
| I went to a walkway around the harbor where there was a street festival celebrating the last day of Carnival here. |
