Day 104 - Zeebrugge (for Bruges), Belgium

Approaching Zeebrugge, the port town for Bruges.
It is about 5 miles away.



A Princess ship was also in port today.




No cars in the old city









Many narrow lanes.

A  1/2 hour canal boat ride was included in our excursion.

Many many chocolate shops in the city


Belgium has many types of beer.

We stopped at one of the breweries for a beer and a snack


My first beer and a delicious Belgium Waffle the Kathy and I shared.

The  Bruges Zot Brewery.




A door knocker sew saw.


Starting back to our bus




Many wind turbines along the way back to the ship

An excursion or shuttle bus returning.

I had another Belgian beer during the sail-away party.

Sailing away.

Sun was trying to break through the clouds in the afternoon

No sun to be seen tonight.
