Day 113 - Djupivogur, Iceland / Scenic Cruising of Berufjordur


Saturday, our stop was in Djupivogur, Iceland. It is a small fishing town on the southeast coast. and has a population of about 500. This is our second time here and we decided to just walk around. 










Getting close to sunrise, a bank of fog decided to roll in.

 local artist created a collection of 34 large granite  bird eggs to represent  each of the nesting birds that live in the area









Then I went on t walking trail to the lighthouse
