Monday was our first of 2 days in Lisbon. It was a memorable day. There was a major power outage affecting Portugal, Spain and parts of France and Belgium starting just before noon. , I heard that power was recovered in the evening, Our ships and the Cruise terminal we were at were one of the few places with any lights.
