Day 94 - Lisbon, Portugal (Day 1) and scenic cruising on Tagas River

 Monday was our first of 2 days in Lisbon.  It was a memorable day. There was a major power outage affecting Portugal, Spain and parts of France and Belgium starting just before noon. , I heard that power was recovered in the evening, Our ships and the Cruise terminal we were at  were one of the few places with any lights.
