Day 42 - Stanley, Falkland Islands) (Islas Malvinas)

Friday, out port of call was Stanley int the Falkland Islands,  We had good luck and were able to get into the outter bay where we anchored and then  tendered into the dock in the inner bay. It was about a 20 minute ride. This port is often cancelled because of high winds and high waves.  Kathy and I went on different excursions today. She took a 3 hour "Bluff Cove Penguin Rookery" and I did the 8 hour   "Seal Bay Wildlife Encounter".

I managed to get photos of all 5 varieties of penguin that live in the Falkland Islands.

I hope you enjoy looking at penguins. I sure did and took lots of pictures of them.
