Day 37 - Sydney, Australia (Day 1)

Thursday was the first of 2 days in Sydney, Australia, The sail-in was early befoe sunrise because of the required lower tide. Sydney Harbor is one of the most spectacular in the world. This is our second time here.  During the day we took the shuttle from the ship to a location in the inner harbor near all the restaerants and shops. We walked along the shoreline and had lunch there. In the evening we had ticket to an opera (Don Giovanni) at the Sydney Opera House. It was a long day!  I was out on deck  before 4 AM for the sail-in and  we did not get back to the ship until just before midnight.

First sight of the skyline in the early morning.

The opera House was not lite up so we saw it in silhouette
